Excelscion Analytics LLC, doing business as Excelscion, respects your privacy. This policy describes how we collect and use information through the Excelscion SmartStick website and pilot reservation process.

Information we collect

When you join early access, we collect your name, email address, stated use case, referral code, and referral relationship. When you use the pilot reservation process, we may also collect shipping address, phone number, payment status, and reservation details. Card details are collected by Stripe; we do not store full payment-card numbers on our servers.

How we use information

We use information to manage the waitlist, confirm email addresses, administer referrals and pilot selection, send reservation and service communications, process payments, prepare and ship orders, prevent fraud and abuse, and improve the SmartStick offering.

Service providers

We use Firebase and Google Cloud to operate the website and store operational records; Stripe to process payments; Resend to send transactional email; and Cloudflare Turnstile to help prevent automated form abuse. These providers process information on our behalf as needed to provide their services.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share information with service providers, shipping or fulfillment partners when needed to deliver an order, and when required by law or necessary to protect our rights, customers, or services.

Retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, including accounting, fulfillment, dispute-resolution, and legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system is completely secure.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your early-access information by emailing support@excelscion.com. Certain information may need to be retained for legal, payment, fraud-prevention, or transaction-record purposes. Marketing communications, if any, will provide an unsubscribe option.
